RESEARCH CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK
MotoTours Asia asks you to make sure you have read carefully and fully understood all the information relating to the tour you intend to book, as well as the postponement and cancellation terms, before confirming a booking — in particular:
- The detailed tour programme: tour name, tour type, number of days, the vehicle you choose to ride, the price, and what the tour does and does not include…
- Which type of tour is it, and is it right for you? Do you meet the health requirements and hold the necessary documents (a driving licence if you ride yourself), and do you accept the risks that come with a self-ride tour?
- How will you travel to the tour’s starting point, and will you arrive in time for departure?…
- The terms and conditions, the postponement and cancellation terms…
- The group-leading rules
HOW TO BOOK
- If you book online through the website:
- Choose the tour type,
- Choose the tour you want to join,
- Read the programme, the price and the participation option carefully…
- Go to “Book now” and fill in the required details: number of people, participation option, vehicle type, departure date…
- Click “Send” to submit it to us…
- Alternatively, you can message, call or email us to be advised directly by a member of our team
Step 1: Booking support
MotoTours Asia is available 24/7, 365 days a year to help you through every channel: telephone, Zalo, WhatsApp, Messenger, email… before, during and after your tour. Please contact us for advice and answers to your questions.
Step 2: Place the booking and receive an email with your booking code
Once your online booking is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirming that MotoTours Asia has received your booking details.
Step 3: Review of your booking request
A staff member assigned to your booking will check the details submitted and will contact you to add or clarify information if needed. Processing can take up to 12 hours.

Step 4: Booking confirmation
Your MotoTours Asia consultant will verify all the details, your wishes and your abilities to make sure they match the tour you have booked, and will explain and clarify the tour information by contacting you through one of the channels above.
Only once everything is clear to you will the consultant ask for a deposit (or for full payment, depending on when you book, as set out in the section Postponement and cancellation policy).
As soon as your deposit or payment is received, MotoTours Asia will send you a confirmation of receipt.
MotoTours Asia will then issue the booking/tour confirmation and send it to you by email or Zalo. Processing can take up to 24 working hours. At the same time, MotoTours Asia staff will proceed with signing the travel contract with you.
Step 5: Tour payment
In accordance with the section Postponement and cancellation policy you must pay the balance of the tour in full and on time. Your booking is then complete.
If you fail to pay the balance of the travel contract, you will be deemed to have unilaterally terminated the contract and will receive no compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing (email, SMS, Zalo, WhatsApp, Messenger…)

With this booking method you must make sure you are dealing with the genuine MotoTours Asia page: MotoTours Asia or that you are calling and messaging through the contact details listed in section II.1. Step 3 above: only these channels are considered MotoTours Asia’s official channels.
Step 1: Discuss and settle the tour details
Your MotoTours Asia consultant will advise you on the tour so that together you can choose the tour, the tour type, the vehicle and the departure date that suit you.
Once these details are agreed, the consultant will send you the link to that tour so that you can place the booking. If you are not comfortable with email and computers, the consultant will carry out the remaining steps for you and give you your booking code.
Step 2: Booking confirmation
Your MotoTours Asia consultant will verify all the details, your wishes and your abilities to make sure they match the tour you have booked, and will explain and clarify the tour information by contacting you through one of the channels above.
