A basic requirement for participation is the use of full protective and safety equipment, including protective clothing such as pants, shirts, hats, shoes, gloves, etc. In addition, participants must provide accurate and complete information about their health conditions and medical history. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in MotoTour Asia refusing to allow participation in the trip.

Organize a safe motorbike trip

Safety remains the primary concern on every adventure. Developing a safety-first tour requires a combination of experience, analytical skills and thorough evaluation. Before launching any tour, MotoTour Asia experts conduct a comprehensive survey, analysis and evaluation to ensure safety. Only after confirming safety do we assess the potential and attractiveness of the tour, followed by testing, adjustment and staff training. We offer a variety of itineraries to suit different skill levels and types of travel, even when using the same route.

Each type of tour is assessed for the impact of weather and climate. With a focus on mountainous and remote areas, tours are rarely organized during the rainy months of July and August. These months are reserved for surveying new tours and training staff.

The use of protective equipment is mandatory on all adventure tours. MotoTour Asia enforces specific protective equipment regulations and encourages the use of our high-quality equipment, imported from reputable European and American manufacturers. This equipment is regularly tested and evaluated to ensure reliability.

Training and coaching on safe tour guiding practices is mandatory for all tour guides, drivers and support staff. All staff complete training focusing on safety skills, analytical abilities, assessment techniques and incident management. Monthly meetings and discussions enhance team safety leadership skills.

Most MotoTour Asia tours avoid major highways and high-traffic routes, favoring less traveled roads, scenic views and smaller trails.

Our tour guides and drivers are more than just navigators; They are essential in leading and ensuring the safety of each trip. In addition to guiding and driving, they are key decision makers responsible for maintaining the safety of all participants. In addition to professional tour guide training, they are also instructed in safe group management, analytical thinking, crisis management, and safe driving practices.

Operational excellence, both before and during trips, is paramount. Our operators meticulously consider every detail during preparation, including communicating with locations, assessing road conditions, and monitoring weather. Throughout the trip, they constantly update and monitor guides and drivers, ensuring that all commitments are met. They empower guides and drivers to lead safely and provide support for any issues that arise.

All MotoTour Asia members, including guides and drivers, are trained in the areas of essential knowledge, first aid, emergency response and medical skills. This equips them to be first responders in protecting the health and safety of our customers.

Finally, MotoTour Asia prioritizes comprehensive insurance. In addition to ensuring high levels of travel and accident insurance, we prepare for unforeseen events such as strokes and natural disasters.
